What are your pieces made of?
Our pieces are primarily made from high-quality PLA, a lightweight, plant-based material derived from renewable natural resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. Many designs are individually hand-painted using high-quality, non-toxic nail lacquer and may also feature resin details, making each finished piece a unique work of wearable art. All earring posts are made from hypoallergenic titanium, making them an excellent choice for sensitive ears. Please refer to each product listing for specific materials and finishing details, as they may vary by design.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
If your piece is 100% 3D printed, it will look virtually identical to the photos. However, if it is hand-painted or finished with resin, each piece is individually completed by hand, so slight variations in color, patterns, and artistic details are to be expected. These differences are a natural part of the creative process and make every hand-finished piece a unique work of wearable art. Please refer to each product listing, as it will indicate whether the design is fully 3D printed or individually hand-finished.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order from Anna Mann Art is thoughtfully packaged with care and presentation in mind. Your piece will arrive in a protective sleeve or box, along with a care card and branded packaging, making it perfect for gifting or treating yourself. When needed, we also include additional protective materials to ensure your piece arrives safely. While we don’t currently offer separate gift-wrapping services, our standard packaging is designed to be beautiful, polished, and gift-ready.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping! We also provide free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States, so the price you see is the price you pay with no additional domestic shipping charges. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the link in that email to see your shipment’s progress in real time. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
What is your return policy?
All of our pieces are carefully made to order; therefore, all sales of these items are final unless you believe them to have a manufacturing error or to have been damaged during shipping. Since our hand-painted and resin-finished pieces are individually crafted and one of a kind, we cannot accept returns for any slight natural color/placement variations that may occur during the artistic process. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to review your claim and make things right.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Our PLA pieces are lightweight and durable but should be handled with care. Avoid exposing them to excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight, as PLA is a plant-based material that can soften or warp at high temperatures. To clean, simply wipe with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth—do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For hand-painted and resin-finished pieces, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and other chemicals, as these may affect the finish over time. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to help protect it from scratches and preserve its beauty for years to come.
